here's a suggestion to enhance the export (or print) function to get something like a report feature:
Export/print only those items found by global search
Example for purpose:
Let's say I want to write a book with lots of scenes and chapters, and each chapter and scene has its own short description in a subnote (or surnote) named "SceneDesc" or whatever.
So, if I would search for "SceneDesc" I would get a number of items; and exported in one rtf-file it would make a nice treatment (or exposeé if searched for "ChapterDesc"). Most valuable for writers but I can imagine a lot of reasonable applications.
Alternatively I would renew an older and often made suggestion:
I still would die for a multiple selection of files. Checkboxes, Ctrl-Click or whatever, to do something to certain chosen items: printing, deleting, coloring, exporting - the benefits are almost endless
Last not least I would second the request for a spreadsheet item.
Very last:
user configurable columns for the attachment grid.
Very very last: import folders with subfolders and reproduce the folder structure as a hierarchy in the tree.
